Solve that challenge and claim that gift. The size of the challenge gives you a clue about the size of
gift.

As you solve the challenge, document the steps you are taking, irrespective of whether
they are successes are not.

In the process of overcoming the challenge, use as many resources (people and tools) as necessary.
Invent things, processes as necessary if they don't already exist.

Remember to document everything.

By the time you overcome your challenge, you would have already had a impact on others.
That is the ultimate gift.

If not, publish a book about your journey.
